The Delecourt couple, Madame in the dining room and Monsieur in the kitchen, are keeping alive the tradition of this bistro-style restaurant, using mostly local ingredients. For example, veal sweetbreads with morel mushrooms accompanied by a potato pancake are served alongside a Lët'z poulet with Ourdaller beer, while the Our-caught salmon trout fillet with Riesling sauce vies for our attention alongside the lobster with a passion vinaigrette and grey shrimp cromesquis. There's something for everyone!
