Never short of creativity, the young chocolatier crafts chocolate bonbons with precise flavours in a number of classic varieties, such as the coffee bonbon, so highly concentrated as to give the impression of biting into a fine espresso, or the Passion poivre Timut, which explodes with a lingering freshness, finishing with distinct peppery and lemony notes. Chocoholics will be delighted to know that her collection of chocolate bars is growing all the time, exploring the spiciness of the cocoa’s origin by adding chilli flakes, or adopting a contemporary take on the orangette, strewing the bar with candied yuzu zest. The updated sugared almonds, with milk chocolate and crispy coffee will also have you reaching for more.
