An enchanting moment is to be had in one of the brasseries in this hotel complex to the north of the country, especially given that the wine list is the size of a spell book. As for the menu, it allows you to perform a disappearing act with some well-executed classics of Luxembourg gastronomy, such as the excellent feierstèngszalot with lentils and a little invigorating mesclun to freshen the pallet, or the tender and perfectly spiced Luxembourg-style rabbit.
